Our humble little home by the beach is the perfect getaway from the everyday grind for down to earth people and sits only 50 metres away from beach access. Perfect for those who just want to unwind in a very tranquil setting, enjoy each other’s company, read a book, take long walks and completely switch off.
Only 7 minutes away from central Yeppoon and with 4wd beach access around the corner, the position is sensational. Furthermore, you’ve got Byfield National Park half an hour down the road, day trips to the Great Barrier Reef to Great Keppel, as well as cafes, bars, restaurants.
A connective space, the kitchen and living area are the heart of the home which lead to the outside living and garden. The kitchen itself is basic but modern enough and has everything you need, with plenty of space in the pantry and fridge to store. The living has plenty of seated space and will be your wind down area after a day at the beach or exploring.
The master has a queen-sized bed, tv and access to the bathroom, plus plenty of room to store your clothes and accessories. The second bedroom has a single bed with another single bed underneath it should you wish to pull it out. We have also stored another single mattress in the garage area for you.
The block is simple and the neighbours are amazing but again, the key here is to enjoy the access to the beach and the sunset…they are sensational!!! Quick tip…Head right if you are going for a long walk………..
