Summary: Pool isn't heated and no information to say otherwise. Jacuzzi was cold, sauna was cold. The mirror in the bed is too far away from the plug sockets to use the hairdryer. There isn't enough staff for such a big hotel. Reception staff and bar staff trying to cover the restaurant and it falls short of anything like a luxury boutique hotel. Management need to have a good look at what is really happening. Could be a freaky nice hotel and if it wasn't for the young lady on reception we would have left on the first night.
