Summary: Check in is late at 4pm and don’t expect to be allowed in before this time. One day room didn’t get cleaned. Floor was quite dusty as though wasn’t regularly mopped. Monies held on account for additional payments relating to breakfast due to admin error between hotels.com / ocallaghan group. Staff helpful and friendly overall. Location is what makes this hotel great - 2 min walk to grafton street and 30seconds to Stephen’s green park.
