The fully finished basement features a third bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a full bathroom, providing ample space for larger groups.
Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout the house, perfect for work, study, or streaming. Enjoy your meals or gatherings outside on the beautiful outdoor patio with seating for 6, complete with a lovely table and an umbrella.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, serving bowls, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, microwave, drip coffee (coffee included), and an oven. The large gas stove and wall oven offer ease of use, while the kitchen table is perfect for enjoying meals with your guests. The main dining table seats 6, with an additional dining area for 4 people in the study near the backyard access.
Relax in the spacious living room, which features two comfortable sofas, large bright windows, and a 55" smart TV, perfect for binge-watching your favorite shows on Netflix. Additionally, the living room offers ample space for reading or enjoying your coffee.
