Summary: Travel for business, average 3 hotel night stays a week, this was reasonable price for location £125 for Tuesday night. Stayed in WBC room, good sized and comfortable. Booked on the premises Breakfast is served 7.30-9:30 according to website, however got there and told only served 9-9:30 to account for walk ins from 10am! Luckily the pub has nothing on Tuesday night, so was advised of an 11pm close, however the extremely loud music continued on after this, making it an extremely restless night for an early start for work the next day. Thankfully, as soon as i contacted the bar manager/landlady the music was turned off. The smart tv signal isnt very good so channels kept cutting out, but if you are yravelling for pleasure the real advantage is not needing the TV as the walking distance location to everything would cater for being out of the room more. Wouldn't return if travelling for business, but would consider for leisure due to location and helpfullness/friendliness of staff!
