Summary: Held my bags until check in time. Staff courteous and helpful. Friendly. Room good size for London with large (for London) bathroom and everything one needs including iron and ironing board in room (didn't have to ask). Helpful to have a bar and restaurant on site when your feet can't walk another step! Gloucester Road tube under 10 min walk. Will stay again.
