Summary: Wonderful location and great staff. Especially Ricardo did extra effort to make sure we get a great experience. The hotel is close to the waterfront which is a main advantage. While the rooms could be slightly enhanced. Also, why ask about the arrival time if none of the rooms will be ready at that time?!
