Positive: A great location for visiting Exmoor

Negative: On arrival the property was not fit for use. Dirty bedding in the bath and no cleaning had been carried out. However, cleaning staff did arrive after a complaint was raised, these were from an agency and spent a considerable time cleaning the property to make it fit for use. Without their out of hours assistance, our stay would not have been possible. The base bedding needs to be replaced and a replacement set to allow for the regular laundering of all items. Or state that non is provided at all, so that visitors bring their own. Fortunately we had bought our own in case, after reading previous reviews. The property is large and the heating is controlled my the owner remotely, so there were times of it being cold and having to ask for heating to be boosted.
