Quartier du petit port Saint Jean: very pleasant and very bright apartment, facing south, with a very beautiful sea view and view of the port and the creeks, on the 3rd and last floor of a small residence behind the great beach of Lights, ideally placed. The property is secured with a digital code at the entrance and automated gate. You have a parking space inside the property and also a closed garage, if you wish to store bikes and beach or diving equipment ....... The apartment of more than 50m2 is spacious. It has a large opening in the living room with terrace and a small balcony on the kitchen side with open views. The kitchen was refurbished in 2019. The south terrace has an electric blind for naps in the shade. Two deckchairs are at your disposal.
The master bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and overlooks a bathroom with walk-in shower.
In the living room there are 2 90 cm beds (a bed serving as a sofa and a drawer bed).
All openings are fitted with roller shutters.
The residence is very well located in the Saint Jean district, the residential area of La Ciotat. You have direct access (200 m) to the large sandy beach or the small beach of Port Saint Jean, very pleasant in summer and less crowded. On the small beach, there is a private rental company with deckchairs and parasols and rental of kayaks and canoes.
Local shops are 500 m away: supermarket, pharmacy, fishmonger, bakery, press, tobacco bar ...... You have a multiple choice of restaurants and bars / cafes all along the promenade and in the harbor area Saint Jean.
The city center is less than 2 kms away, a nice stroll along the beach promenade. On the port is the departure of the excursion boats for the creeks of Cassis and the Green Island.
