Guests will enjoy this amazing 3 BR/3.5 BA townhome located in Jeremy Ranch, a mountainside retreatlocated in a country club community overlooking the golf course in the distance. There is an abundance of wildlife outside the windows in the trees and backyard. You can even catch the occasional moose sighting! This mountainside home provides superior views from the deck off the living room, better yet open the doors to a wide variety of birds and animals in the wilderness around you. Relax with a cocktail and let the surroundings lull you to a tranquil peace of mind at “Moose Trails.”
Just minimal steps from the garage to the second level is the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and dining room. Fully equipped for 6 guests, the kitchen has every possible appliance you need to cook at home and relax by the fireplace. The dining room table seats 4 with 3 barstools nearby. Watch games or movies on the 55” TV with Direct TV and Netflix.
The ground level of the home features a double garage for unloading ski gear and walk-out doors to the back patio from the plush den. The scenic and cozy den has a fireplace and sectional sofa to kick back after skiing or hiking. There is also use of a full bathroom on the ground floor.
All the sleeping accommodations are located on the top floor to include three bedrooms furnished with all linens and bedding. On the top floor, the spacious king master suite includes a flat screen TV, luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi tub and large walk-in closet. Open the windows to a mountain view at sunrise. Kick back and relax after and day of hiking or skiing for a good night’s rest.
The second king bedroom on the top floor also has charming appointments for a restful night sleep. When you retire to after a busy day and put your head on the pillow, relaxation comes with ease. Also on the top floor, a queen bedroom for two. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bath with shower and tub.
The top floor has a washer dryer set in the hallway to service the three bedrooms. This floor comfortably sleeps 6 guests, and the king suite can accommodate a baby crib if needed.
Ski season is nature’s wonderland in this secured community only 10 minutes to the slopes in Park City. Relax away from the congestion but close enough to an abundance of world class restaurants. Main Street is just 15 minutes away, and down the hill from the home is a wide variety of restaurants, sports bars, a Whole Foods and shopping at Kimball Junction.
There is a wide variety of ski resorts within 20-30 minutes from the house, including Deer Valley, Park City, Snowbird, Alta and Solitude. Each resort has its own distinctive character and ambiance. Enjoy some of the best snow in the world and choose from two different canyons to experience powder skiing through the Aspen trees and open bowls.
