Two bedroom house, located on 780 ft of private shoreline on the south end of Bargain Bay. Sunsets are spectacular with views up Malaspina Strait to Texada Island. Eagles, seals, river otters and many sea birds are sighted daily. Bring your own kayaks and SUPs to explore the small islands and coves in the area. Photos show launching off the boatshed rails or anywhere along the shoreline. (no kayaks or SUPs included)
Rock garden, ponds and waterfall are featured in our whimsical garden, however the property is not suitable for those with accessibility challenges. Large deck with seating for 6 persons. Property also has a boathouse that is occupied by the owner.
Access is directly off the the highway with parking for 2 cars.

May 2019 - In addition to an expanded BBQ patio, we are excited to open additional beach access stairs and Sunset Terrace at the high tide line .
MAY 2021 - We listened your feedback....the upstairs bathroom got an upgrade with a new tub and shower for a total of 2 showers in our home. Fans and extra lighting added to both bathrooms.
