Welcome to Sunset Xcapes Miami's Entertainment House. Everything you need to enjoy an escape to Miami. From the 65" smart tv in the spacious and bright living room to the brightly colored bedrooms and to the game room area, the home theater and the above ground pool out in the back yard area...there is so much to do when you come here. We promise you a unique Miami experience.

1. Bedroom with KING SIZE BED, smart fan and a 55" SMART TV. (Sleeps 2)
2. Bedroom with QUEEN SIZE BED, smart fan and a 55" SMART TV. (Sleeps 2)
3. Bedroom with 2 TWIN SIZE BEDS, smart fan and a 47" SMART TV. (Sleeps 2)
4. 2 FULL SIZE Air Mattresses (Sleeps 2)
Living Room:
Wrap around 12 ft couch that comfortably seats 8 facing a 65" SMART TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more.
Game Room:
2 gaming chairs facing a 55" SMART TV connected to a Playstation 5 system. Across is a full station bar setup for drink preparation and enjoyment. The room also includes a pool table with a table tennis top for playing either game. There are also games for all ages such as Twister, Jenga and other drinking games.
Theater Room:
A fusion movie experience with a comfortable seating area for 8 with a cinema setup and a snack bar. Coming Soon.
Outside:
15' above ground pool surrounded by a gas grill and and outside sitting area covered by an umbrella to shade from the sunshine. Outdoor games and activities are also included.
Kitchen:
We have a fully equipped kitchen with brand new refrigerator, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and utensils.
Bathroom:
2 FULLY STOCKED bathrooms with toiletries and towels.
The property has cameras surrounding the premises for guest safety.
Guest has access to the entire premises and to all the amenities.
We are in the Golden Glades neighborhood an urban and quiet neighborhood. The perfect neighborhood for access of all of the greater Miami and Ft Lauderdale attractions.
