Modern bright open home beautifully decorated with unique artwork, two large outdoor private decks and walls of windows facing west provide the best sunsets year round! Nestled between Federal Way and Burien. Downtown Seattle only 30 minutes away! Wake up to the ocean view from the king bed in primary bedroom with connecting full bath (with tub) and take your coffee out on your private bedroom deck with 180 degree views of the Sound & Olympic Mountains. Guestroom looks out to the woods with a king bed and full bathroom. House has vaulted ceilings, open concept and very light and bright. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans and central heat make the home very comfortable year round. Office loft has a leather futon that converts to a fullsize bed. Large open-concept living and dining room with remote controlled dual reclyning leather sofa to watch your favorite streaming channels on flat screen HD TV. Large open and fully stocked kitchen with eat-in counter and gas stove. Natural gas grill located outside the kitchen back door for grilling. Very large ocean facing main deck off the living/dining room with outdoor dining fire table for 6 and sectional outdoor couch seating with natural gas fire pit for cool nights. Rain or shine, you will never tire of the amazing ocean views and watching ships go through the channel or Eagles fly past the house.
