Positive: I stayed in unit 405 for my son's 23rd birthday There is nothing I would have changed. The gulf views were exceptional. Someone else commented that it reminded them of a cruise and I couldn't agree more. The unit is stocked full of essential items to make your stay feel like you are at your own home. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Beach activity items in the closet, great shower. The Hot n Cold settings are reversed but great water pressure. The only part that was questionable were the elevators. They run very slow. But we never got stuck. Also want to mention that another review stated it's a "sketchy area" i couldn't disagree more. The private beach for the building has immediate access, your car is parked right there as well the neighbors are kind, polite and many offered tips for our stay. The general public does not have access to the beach for the building. The area felt safe, it feels like you are inside a screensaver. My adult children and I had a fabulous time and definitely would return in the future. The fee for the unit is well worth it !
