Summary: Emailed the hotel ahead of time to arrange airport shuttle, quick response asking for flight details and what we’d be wearing so driver could pick us out. Contacted hotel several times but received no confirmation regarding the airport shuttle. Called when we landed and we were advised to call again once we’d cleared immigration. When we called we were told to just get a taxi - so we expected to pay $25 for their shuttle but ended up paying $41 for a taxi. On arrival at the hotel the receptionist half heartedly apologised whilst dealing with other people and telephone calls while she was meant to be checking us in. The hotel is tired, run down and not worth the money we paid. Very disappointed and would not recommend
