Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very clean when arrived

Negative: Smelled musty when we arrived even though it was clean. Had issues with lock box and called and texted vacasa with ZERO response. Took us 40 min to get the key out. I called and texted vacasa with ZERO response. Very irritated after driving 3 hours in traffic. The kitchen had old appliances. The ice maker had a sign that said broken. The buttons on oven kept coming off. There were no coffee filters for coffee pot as well as essential utensils missing. It made it hard to cook for a family. After spending 1000$ for 2 nights I would have expected a little more. The internet on the tv downstairs was not working as well. This is my second time with vacasa and I won’t use them again. The trash outside was overflowing and we had no room to Put our trash. I am thankful it was clean tho. Sorry to be a Debbie downer but this was a stretch for us to do and it was disappointing.
