Summary: A great base in Rome, able to reach everything easily on foot but away from huge crowds. Very near to loads of excellent restaurants. Owners added me to a WhatsApp chat, so they were available 24/7 if anything was needed. Tram stop, taxi rank and minimarket in the piazza. Was quiet, comfy bed, decent shower and excellent aircon in room. Really couldn't ask for much more, so the welcome package of tea,Coffee, Croissants and a bottle of prossecco really were a nice touch Highly recommend
