The studio is attached to the main house and the main is tenant occupied. Note: receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00. The $35 waiver does not apply to a one night reservation.
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. Just keep in mind that this is not a hotel and we do not provide service between 10 PM-6 AM.

The space
Welcome to Edgewood!!!! Our studio is nestled in the heart of Fort Lauderdale a mere hop skip and a jump from the airport, beaches, conference center, cruise port and the famous Las Olas Boulevard. Supermarkets and restaurants are within a 5 - 15-minute drive or the Uber system is amazing!
The studio has a queen size bed, coffee bar with microwave, 55" smart TV, FREE Cable, FREE Wifi, iron and ironing board, and small table.
This studio is for everyone from those in town on business, those departing or returning from a cruise, crew housing while in an extended yard period and couples or solo travelers enjoying the city. We do ask you to respect the lovely neighbors and keep noise reasonable to respect the City of Fort Lauderdale’s mandated quiet period between 10pm and 7am. **Max occupancy at all times is 3. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
