3 Bedroom House in Clifton Heights, Cincinnati
This is a charming 3-story house perched on a hillside on the edge of Cincinnati's Over the Rhine Neighborhood.
You'll have the entire house and huge back deck with amazing views of downtown Cincinnati to yourself! It's decorated in modern, stylish furniture with hardwood floors throughout. Great for those that desire an urban experience but have more room to stretch out and not have to deal with noisy neighbors.

The full kitchen opens up to a huge deck that overlooks downtown, perfect for gatherings. The bathrooms both have marbled tile floor. The huge bathroom on the lowest level has a luxurious heated marble tile floor and an x-large skylight that fills the lower bathroom with light. Upstairs, there is gorgeous cast iron tub complemented with gold plated fixtures. There are a total of 5 beds in 3 bedrooms, each with their own sitting area and a workspace in the downstairs bedroom. 2 of the bedrooms have two queen size beds and 1 of the bedrooms has a single queen size bed. Each bedroom has its own seating area and dedicated closet. You'll find extra blankets in the closets and plenty of room to store your luggage. The upper bedroom has a large window with a wonderful view of downtown Cincinnati.
The house includes one off street parking space and a separate space that's shared with another one of my properties to charge an electric vehicle. The neighborhood also has lots of free overnight street parking if you have several cars. You can park directly in front of the house and directly behind the house on the street.
*There are lots of stairs that make this house fun, but not a good choice for mobility-impaired folks.
