This luxurious family friendly residence sleeps 6, and features unsurpassed vistas of the Palm Cay Marina from the Master Suite, Grand room, kitchen and oversized living terraces. It has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and memorable.
Palm Cay is a private, family friendly, gated community, on the south eastern tip of New Providence. One Marina 3 is ideally located at the centre of everything to offer at Palm Cay. There is direct access to a private rooftop pool, the Marina, and Boat charters. A 10 minute scenic stroll along the marina perimeter boardwalk, brings you to a world class beach and the beautiful turquoise waters of The Bahamas. Beach club access is available for a small daily fee for guests (from the welcome centre) which will allow access to the beach club, lounge chairs and umbrellas, gym, tennis courts, and the Ink Bar, (beachfront pool and bar.) Access to the beachfront Pink Octopus restaurant is free, and therefore does not require the daily fee.
There is also a conveniently located Dockside Cafe, (Starbucks, lunch, Ice Cream, snacks, souvenirs, sunscreen, etc...) next to the marina office on the dock!

This elegant property is located Marina front, and a :10 minute Marina boardwalk stroll is all that is required to access the beautiful beaches of the Bahamas!
One Marina 3 is under construction and slated for completion in February 2024. First guests will be planned for May 1st 2024, therefore pictures are not of actual unit but of an exact replica from One Marina 1. (Original Model unit)

There is a parking spot available for guests who have rented a car. Marina 3, Palm Cay is centrally located to all venues, such as Paradise Island, groceries, downtown Nassau, etc…all within 5-25 minutes in either direction.
