Positive: Design. Clean. Epic bathroom.
Negative: They wouldn’t allow us to use the laundry service. When we booked it showed a photo of washing machines and then the venue said we need to stay a minimum a week to use it. This is the property policy (not the individual unit owner) but I definitely booked it to do laundry at the end of a 3 week road trip through the desert. Also we had to make up the sofa bed ourself and that was already made up elsewhere. Still / the unit owner is VERY nice. Pool bar had broken machine so we roasted with no beverages other than warm bottled water. Again property issue (not unit owner). Arrival and check in at tower two and stay at tower 3 was chaotic but the in out valet was great and the apartment/ unit is great.
