Positive: Bus station number 255 is quite close to home. The house is small and minimal. It was clean and everything was provided in the kitchen. Electric kettle, microwave, gas stove, pot, glass and other necessary things were available in the house. We arrived late at night and were a bit stressed while walking around the neighborhood, but we found the house easily and the keys were left in a coded box that the landlord had emailed us with full explanations about this before entering Paris. I have to say that we had no problems when entering the house.
Negative: around 15 minutes walk to RER station was not easy at nights coming back home. Especially since we had to go through a dark underpass, I think it's not a good choice for a family to use the city train or RER to get here. Except for the first night, we decided to use the bus route for the other nights. The most important problem that bothered us was that there were no slippers in the bathroom. And after going to the bathroom, we had to walk on the ceramic floor with wet feet. I think that the owner of the house can make a big contribution to the satisfaction of the guests by leaving a pair of slippers. In the pictures we thought there was a bedroom with a separate bed. However, after entering the house, we realized that everything is together and that the beds are actually sofas that fold up and become beds.
Summary: Don't expect much, but it is clean and the bare minimum is provided except for slippers!
