This turnkey unit offers the split bedroom design with an eat in kitchen and spacious dining/living room combination. There is also and outside storage unit and one covered parking space. The home is clean and well maintained and also has an elevator for your convenience. Experience Florida's natural beauty, abundance of birds, serene ponds and mature landscape in this gated Palmer Ranch community. Just outside your door you have access to a heated pool, picinic and grilling area and tennis/pickleball court. For biking and walking there is easy access to the Legacy Trail.
The trail spans over 18 miles of pavement, part of the rails to trails. Siesta Key and Venice beaches are a 15-minute drive. Downtown Sarasota is a 30 minute drive, where excellent dining and many cultural and performing arts are available.
