Step back in time with our beautifully restored 2-story Victorian home. As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by the grandeur of the high ceilings and intricate moldings. This stunning property features four elegantly decorated bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a beautiful vanity room. The fully equipped kitchen and elegant dining room are perfect for entertaining, and the outdoor patio is ideal for al fresco dining.
Admire adjacent Solon Cottage, which can also be rented out for a separate fee. All within a "stone throw" away, from the main house. Venture out and sit under the stars in the parkway. Perfect for a late night jaunt. There is a covered gazebo and open fire pit too. Explore downtown, shopping and restaurants just minutes away.

There is a cottage on the lot next door that also may have guests. Cottage guests will have access to gazebo and outdoor areas. There is an active train route nearby. Train schedule varies. Multiple homes, and upscale apartments across the street. Next door to the estate is an elementary school. Noise level from the school is highest M-F between 3-4pm, during school release.
Guests are asked to remove shoes before entering the house. New slippers are provided for our guests.
Occupancy is limited to only those on rental agreement. At time of booking, please enter all names of guests, including children. There will be an additional $50/per person/per day fee for anyone who is on the property that is not listed. Thank you!
