Positive: Excellent hospitality and facilities, the most amazing bed to sleep on (no kidding), aesthetic concept like a hidden jewel. good selection of breakfast.
Negative: Housekeeping was good and clean well but a bit odd timing. My first day I didnt request for hs but, when I went back to my room in the evening, he knocked on my door to ask when I didnt call for it. The second day was ok but he didnt remove the towels which was mention to leave it on the toilet floor if wish for it to be clean. The next day, no hs was done even when it is ready for hs and he knocked again after I went back to my room in the afternoon ( around 5pm) When I asked when does the hs usually starts, he said 5pm-6pm. Maybe its common there but, it was not the convenient time as I prefer to rest unless i call for room service. I have to request directly to the counter for early hs the next day with specific list to ensure he covers all area. it was not really a bad experience as he was mindful to ask if i need anything. Just the timing a bit odd for me.
