This place, you won't have to worry about letting your kids run around, play, or scream . Or just having fun around Bonfire.. There are no noise neighbors to complain.Let them be kids and enjoy outdoors freely..
PLEASE, no shoes inside . Smoking on a deck is allowed, but please clean afterward.. If you are grilling, please pull the grill away from the house .Do not throw cigarette buds everywhere as there are a lot of pine needles and wood and could potentially cause fire. Trow them into the outdoor fire pit and ashtray.
We just put in a brand new AC unit
Most HVAC units are designed to cool down 20° bellow outside temperature. This means that if it's 100° "outside," you have to keep the thermostat between 76-78 . Putting thermostat low or like 72 during Hot Florida day, it SIMPLY won't work , it will only FREEZE the Ac unit and break it - but still won't change anything as this is how AC are designed to work.. So I BEG YOU , let's avoid that additional cost. At night, you can keep it on 72 or even a little cooler if you like it. It's ok because it's not as hot outside, but please, in the morning, before you leave the house, to go to springs, put it between 76-78 . Also, keep the drapery over the windows if you like the house to stay cooler .They block sun.
All homes in the area are on the Well waters. Our toilet and tub are not dirty. It gets stained and might look yellowish due to watercolor
I don't use the water to cook or drink, but we do wash veggies, fruit dishes, and shower, with no issues .This is a rural area, so ALL homes are on well waters. Also, yes, you will see bugs and spider web , even tho we clean the deck every time we turn it around and clean inside, spiders are way too fast to build another web after we leave .Bugs are very fast to come inside if the door gets opened and left open , especially at night because they love lights. So PLEASE keep the doors closed at ALL TIMES. I don'thave a lot of control over that, unfortunately, as 1 guest will follow house rules, but others don't care.
You have access to all 2 acres to the right of the house .Walk beautiful country roads, bike or ride your golf cart or even an Atv. Bring your boat ,kayak, or canoes , we have many boat ramps in the area,so you can enjoy multiple local springs.. We have many kids' toys and books to keep your kiddos occupied
Rural county area .It is very quiet, private, and peaceful
