Positive: The breakfast was nice and the staff did a great job keeping up with it. I appreciated the friendly nature of each person I interacted with in the valet parking. I let them know that I would be leaving for the airport before anyone came on shift, so they left my car in an easy location and the keys at the front desk. That was much appreciated!
Negative: My room did not feel clean. I think some of the towels from the previous person were left in there and they likely wiped their hands on them while not using them completely. There was old food left in the refrigerator and some weird stains on the couch. I had requested and selected a room with a king bed and was given a room with two double beds. I was told that the hotel was full. I questioned why I made a reservation with a specific type of room if I wasn't going to receive it.
Summary: Nice people, grimy feel.
