Positive: Location was pleasant. Kadir was helpful in providing missing items.

Negative: The house was badly equipped, especially the kitchen. There was no welcome pack on arrival and the entry code was changed on our day of arrival, which caused problems for the first arrivals. The internet details were also wrong. No information on local amenities or recommendations. One of the bathrooms was very dated and the downstairs shower control was difficult to turn on and off and to regulate the temperature. Not a single full length mirror in the property. The carpet in the twin room was stained. The kitchen table and chairs were sticky with peeling varnish. The cooker hood was filthy with grease and oil and the lamp had blown. The garden was neglected and a totally broken swing seat left there. A large blue refuse bin full of the previous tenants' rubbish had been left outside the garage and was not emptied for 5 days. Once emptied it remained in front of the property. I could go on but we have sent a detailed "snag list" direct to Kadir as they are apparently refurbishing the property now. We (4 elderly sisters) did not feel that this property was value for money but could be a lovely venue with some investment in the interior.
