A 44' Silverton motor yacht with a spacious, modern interior. After entering from the back deck, you are greeted by a full beam salon, featuring hardwood floors, banquette for dining and a comfortable sectional couch for relaxing or watching a movie. The galley has a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
The primary stateroom has a queen size walk around bed with large windows to allow for lots of natural light. The primary stateroom also features its own en suite bathroom with shower. The forward guest stateroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom and shower.
The enclosed back deck is perfect for entertaining friends with seating for 4+ around a table, wet bar with ice maker and the upstairs fly bridge allows you to take in all the beautiful views of the Queen Mary , the Lighthouse and Rainbow Harbor.
This boat also has DirectTV throughout the boat, DVD player and a small DVD library. The boat features climate control through-out.
