The View Villa is a captivating 2-bedroom luxury villa in the British Virgin Islands with spectacular views over Long Bay Beach, and its own private driveway and entrance. The villa was totally renovated in 2022 to a high standard, with air conditioning througout, WiFi, high speed cable internet and TV, and all the amenities. The villa features a contemporary kitchen with Corian countertops, breakfast bar, modern appliances, Italian stone tile floors, and an expanded outdoor dining terrace with large glass sliding doors, creating an expansive and stunning view over the neighboring islands – Jost Van Dyke, Sandy Cay, Green Cay – and all within a short walk to Long Bay Beach.
The villa can be rented as the entire villa, or as the downstairs Garden Suite only. Enjoy the villa with family or friends, and if you have a larger party, why not take Seabreeze Villa which is nearby and makes a good base for everyone to part from!
Upstairs you will find the penthouse suite, also completely renovated in 2022, with high vaulted ceilings, stone tile, comfortable living area with sofa and TV, king size bed, and en-suite bathroom and shower. There is also its own private balcony with soaring views over Long Bay and the nearby islands, making an ideal spot to enjoy a romantic cocktail or glass of bubbly with someone special. The upstairs is fully air conditioned and has two ceiling fans as well. Behind louvered doors lies a small kitchenette as well, including a sink and small refrigerator.
The downstairs, which can be rented together with the penthouse or separately as the Garden Suite, includes a bedroom with king size bed, separate bathroom and shower, modern kitchen and living area, outside terrace with BBQ and dining for 6, all with superb ocean views. The downstairs also has its own balcony, with casual lounge seating to enjoy a good book or your coffee in the morning as you take in the view. The downstairs is fully air conditioned, and with ceiling fans in each room.
Alfresco dining on the outdoor terrace is magical at night. With its own tropical gardens, the terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy the cooling trade winds, and to dine to the sounds of the ocean and surf.
The View Villa is within the wonderful Long Bay and only a short 5-minute walk to Long Bay Beach, a mile-long white sandy beach with plenty of options for relaxing, taking a stroll, swimming, surfing, or enjoying the Long Bay Beach Resort, a luxury boutique hotel with beach bar, café, and fine dining. The Tropical Fusion restaurant is also a nearby option for dining on the beachfront, within walking distance of the villa.
The restaurants and beaches of Apple Bay, Carrot Bay, and Cane Garden Bay are a short drive away, as is Soper’s Hole on the West End of Tortola. Surfers will find top surf breaks in Apple Bay, Carrot Bay, and the world-class Cane Garden Bay.
