Our large well-equipped new apartment is in a quiet area in Bozel centre. Sleeps 8 adults and 2 children. Enjoy the many activities that this small town has to offer. Courchevel (3 Valleys) is 15 minutes drive, free shuttle bus; Champagny (Paradski) a similar distance. In summer there is the lake and children’s play area (150m away), hiking trails, biking and river activities. Linen, towels, mats are included - and a welcome pack provided. No parties are allowed and minimum noise at night.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a new small residential apartment block in a peaceful road a minute walk from shops and restaurants. It is very spacious (110 sqm), light and with underfloor heating throughout (all rooms have individual thermostats).
We have set it up as our holiday home with reclaimed pine furniture, large comfortable beds, pure wool duvets, feather and down pillows and cotton bedlinen. The photographs are of local scenes captured by the Host.
The living area is very large with 3 areas. The kitchen is very well equipped with large fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave, centre island with storage. The dining area has a large table which will comfortably seat 8, sideboard with all the crockery you will need. The sitting area has an large L-shaped sofa with sofa bed and 55inch TV with internet connection and wifi. Many popular games are provided and plenty of (English) paperbacks.
The 20 sqm balcony is south-facing with stunning views of the mountains and slopes up towards Courchevel. An external dining table and chairs and gas BBQ are provided for summer use. From the balcony there are steps down to a small garden area.
The main bedroom is large with a kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a blanket box at the foot of the bed which is locked but can be used as seating to watch the bedroom TV. There is an ensuite shower room.
The 2 other main bedrooms are large with kingsize beds, bedside cabinets and wardrobe.
The bunk bedroom is small, but has full size single bunk beds and a wardrobe. It is suitable for children or small adults.
All the bedrooms have individual overhead reading lights and ample underbed storage.
There are 2 additional full equipped shower rooms. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom.
A utility room has a sink and washing machine and separate condensing tumble drier. An iron and ironing board are provided.
In the basement is a cellar which is used as a ski room. We provide a clothes / gloves / boot drier, ski rack and benches.
