Spacious 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath house with a bonus game room located in the converted garage!
**Water levels at Medina Lake are currently very low at only 6% full! The only “lake” access is to drive to our neighborhood park- but there is currently no water left there or in our cove. Praying for rain!!**

Other things to note
Water levels at Medina Lake ebb and flow, currently really low at only 7% full! Right now, the only “lake” access is to drive to the neighborhood boat ramp/park- but there is currently no water there or left in our cove.
(We are waterfront when the lake is full, so we are hoping for some rain!!)
The house itself is still a blast and very relaxing!
