Enjoy the pool, hot tub, pool table, built-in chalkboard & games for the kids, or relax in the grand master bedroom using the complementary WiFi! With our large outdoor area, living room, and kitchen, you can host the most amazing events, or have a special getaway with family & friends. Being just minutes away from DT Chillicothe, this is the perfect place! We would love to have you!
•The pool, hot tub, and backyard area are all private. There is an apartment above the garage that may or may not be rented during your stay. There should be no conflicts as this apartment has separate parking, entrance, and is separated by a private fence for the backyard areas.
*For this reason, no parking is permitted on the landing to the left of the black fence. Parking IS allowed in front of garage and down the driveway.
•The maximum number of guests this home sleeps is 16. If there are any more guests creating extra traffic through the property or sleeping over night we charge an extra person fee of $50 per person per night. I ask that you please request the number of guests you would like to bring to our home as we live in a private community and like to respect our neighbors. Another reason for this being we do not have enough parking to provide for extra cars.
