A gorgeous Southern Living Home on a lake front lot- 4 BR, 3 1/2 B, DR, LR, Office, Florida Room, RR( pool table and ping pong), Laundry Room and 2 car garage. 4000 sq ft and beautifully furnished. Handicap accessible. Just bring your tooth brush and enjoy a full life. Located on Lake Thurman (great fishing) near 3 State parks with numerous hiking and biking trails.. The development amenities: two great eighteen hole golf courses, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, two restaurants and workout room. The house has a two person kayak for guest use. Weather permitting I will take guest out on my pontoon boat.
