Negative: I called the front desk at 5pm because my room was not done and needed clean towels, and was told everyone gets notified as you checked and that was not the case with me we had some other issues with check in that probably they had an oversight. I got clean towels but room was not done. They need to have a sign as you checked in. About the room policy.
Summary: Nice hotel, clean rooms.we had an event and they need respect the room capacity it was over crowded during dinner 10-12
