Nestled on a gorgeous waterfront lot with a stunning shoreline, this house promises an unforgettable escape. The back deck is perfect for taking in the views while drinking your coffee in the morning as well enjoying a cocktail while watching the sun set in the evening. This property is located on one of the best lots on the lake as it is easy to the water, main channel views but off just the main channel in Bear Branch to avoid the major wave action during the summer.
Three bedroom, 2 bath, pet-friendly home (dogs only). Inside, you'll find a well designed space that invites you to relax and unwind. Outside, a spacious deck awaits, offering the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over the lake.
Private dock with 2 PWC ports for the guests' use. Boat slip not available for guest's use; but plenty of room to tie up to the dock.
