Summary: We had a very pleasant stay and found the hotel to be clean and well maintained overall. One small area that could perhaps receive a little more attention is the pool area. In particular, the glass panels around the infinity pool were not quite as clean as we would have expected. This is a relatively minor point, but for a hotel of such a high standard and level of luxury, these small details can make a significant difference to the overall experience. We hope this can be improved, as the hotel has many qualities and deserves to be enjoyed at its very best.
