Summary: We had issues on our last day at the hotel as the lift broke down. None of the staff had a back up plan. No stairs which is not good encase of a fire 🔥. The breakfast was terrible. Only hot food was the omelet. Had to ask twice for a cup of tea. The room hadn't been cleaned properly as found a lighter and cigarette butt . The bath in the room was amazing. Its a wacky hotel the decor in the lobby cool. The pool and gym amazing. But not worth the stay. Better hotels in Auckland city. To choose from. I was very disappointed in my stay.
