My home is a new construction as of mid 2016, I built it to have a lodge/vacation feel as it is located on the road to the Arizona Snowbowl Ski area and faces the majestic San Francisco peaks. It is also on the way to the Grand Canyon (70 miles), 40 miles to Sedona and is 8 miles from Downtown Flagstaff. There is a hot tub for your use, amazing decks to take in the views, the national forest is across the street with some of the best trails in AZ.

:****I live in the downstairs of this home but travel frequently and may or may not be here during your stay, the upstairs has a private entrance and is separated from the downstairs. I have two outdoor cats on the property who live in the detached garage primarily for rodent control but I do not allow them inside. I also have two dogs that are allowed in the downstairs of the home when I am there.
The upstairs guest quarters and loft include a small kitchen, dining area, bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom and small living area with a futon. The loft area has a larger living area with reclining sofa, huge bean bag, a double bed in the loft, a small bedroom with a queen bed and another full bath. You will also have access to 3 second floor decks that have amazing views of the mountains.
