The Space:
Sleeps 17: 9 beds in 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (two walk in showers, two tubs, two
hot water heaters), a backyard living space, parking space for 7 cars with overflow
parking. 2 kitchens fully equipped each with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Two
sets of laundry machines provided. Main dining room seats 8, second dining area has a
table that seats 6 with a breakfast bar that seats 3. Parking is abundant; gravel pull
through can accommodate trailers. 3 outdoor sitting areas.
Guest Access:
We send the check-in instructions at approximately 10 AM Eastern on the day of check-
in. A door code will be included in the instruction which will be inoperable until the
standard check-in time of 3:30 PM EST. The door code becomes invalid at 10 AM EST.
Eastern on the day of check-out. Please let us know right away if you are wanting to check-in early or checking out late.
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Standard check-in time is at 3 PM Eastern. Early check-in requests are subject to
availability. Check-ins before 11 AM Eastern will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate.
Standard check-out time is at 11 AM Eastern. Late check-out requests are subject to
availability. Late check out policy: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM Eastern; 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM Eastern.
