Positive: The balcony with its view out to the Solent was my favourite feature. Allocated parking is really handy. Also, the kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans to allow proper cooking. Ironing board and good iron complete the package for a good base for work. The decor nautical theme was good too with the Captains leather topped desk very inspiring.
