Summer or Mountain is a very fun place to be! This 1 bed/1 bath condo is complete with a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy beautiful mountain views out the front window while relaxing after a day of skiing, hiking, or mountain biking.
The living area has a flat screen TV, and comfortable sectional couch that coverts to a bed (by reconfiguring the ottomans) that sleeps two. There is a full kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, plates, glasses, and silverware. The dining table seats four. The bedroom is spacious with a king bed, large closet, and an additional flat screen TV. There is also a full private bathroom including a tub and shower.
The condo is 1/4 mile to the village at Schweitzer Mountain Resort with easy access to lifts and mountain bike/hiking trails. The Saint Bernard restaurant is conveniently located in the building next door. If you want to explore the city, downtown Sandpoint is 12 miles away offering unique shops and local restaurants. Skiing, mountain biking, hiking and close proximity to Sandpoint makes this a fun four season getaway.
The home is pet friendly (1 pet max, 15 pounds or smaller) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
