Fort Clinch next door oozes peace and tranquility, as the deer hop the fence in the evenings. The beach is only a 4-5 minute walk away, down a dirt road.
This is old local Florida, not condo or HOA living.
The upstairs open plan provides a spacious feel, with kitchen, lounge, dinning room, large ensuite bedroom, 2nd bedroom and 2nd bathroom.
Walk through the large sliding door and share morning coffee on the front upper deck (hi top table) and wine on the rear deck, following the sun.
Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom, main entrance and garage.
The kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances, coffee and expresso machines.
There's plenty of room for 4 vehicles to park.
Monthly or longer rentals are permitted.
The Sandbar and Salt Life restaurants are a 10 minute stroll up the beach, where live music plays as the sun kisses the ocean. The perfect place for a cocktail.
