Summary: The front desk gentleman was very nice and friendly. The smoke free room assigned to us had issues. The chain to secure from inside was completely broken off and hanging by a screw. The lights between the beds cast connected and when I did connect it, the bulbs were not working. We were given a new room smelled of smoke and could have been better kept in that things were broken or torn off the walls. Bed was comfy though. We normally just come back to sleep and shower so it doesn’t have to “be fancy”
