Summary: Amazing customer service, super clean, everyone was so helpful. I felt like everyone here was smiling and so warm which made us feel so welcomed. This is rare in today's hotel industry. We travel a lot and really enjoyed our stay here. My kids left their bathing suits in the bathroom and the post and found gentleman has someone grab them for us so they were at the front desk. We stayed here for 1 night with 5 kids in 2 rooms. It's close enough to walk to Niagra falls. It's in walking distance of restaurants. The indoor pool is absolutely amazing, especially with kids whilst road tripping. We tried to find places where the kids could enjoy themselves and play after being in the car/ plane. This was absolutely perfect! This is the ultimate family vacation hotel. I wish I could copy and paste this place for every destination we travel to. Thank you to everyone for the hospitality and we look forward to our next visit!
