Come stay at our fully renovated 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home located in the heart of Livingston Manor. It features a full kitchen, a relaxing living-room with wood-burning fireplace, TV when you want to relax indoors, and new bathrooms for your comfort.
Outdoor space - the house sits quietly on the top of Shandelee Mountain with sweeping views out your backyard. There is a private wrap around deck so everyone can enjoy the outdoors! Sit around the fire with your partner or friends and enjoy the peacefulness of the property.
If you want to cook a few meals at home, you will find a large open kitchen that is equipped with all the essentials. There is a dining table for 6 as well as extra space at the kitchen counter.
The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a newly renovated on-suite bathroom for your comfort and privacy. There is also a full closet to store all your belongings.
There are 3 additional bedrooms in the house which consist of a King Bed, Queen Bed, and Bunk Bed (twin size mattresses) - so there is plenty of room to sleep! In addition, there are 2 additional bathrooms, all which are brand new!
All beds boast Sferra linens and we use only Sferra towels for your comfort!
The living area is well appointed with seating for at least 6 people. There is a wood burning fire-place for times when you want to sit indoors and relax, and of course, we offer free WiFi for those who want to stay connected!
We also have a pool table in the lower-level of the house!
Guests will have access to all spaces with the exception of some mechanical rooms in the basement, nothing to see there anyway!
We will make sure you have a smooth experience from check-in to check-out.
We strive to provide you with all you need to enjoy yourself and the surrounding area but don't worry, will not be popping by unexpectedly.

The Shandelee Mountain house is situated perfeclty for a vist to the Catskills. It is a 3 min drive to downtown Livingston Manor, walkable to the Arnold House for food and drinks, and still offers amazing views and scenery that you are hoping for when you visit. It is a short drive to Callicoon, North Branch, Roscoe, Jeffersonville, Youngsville, and more!
Uber hasn't quite made its way to our County yet, so my best advice to you is to bring a car.
