We do NOT allow any parties of any kind: NO pets and no Smoking on the property. We have two parking spaces; there is no street parking.

This lower-level walk-out apartment is over 1700 Square with a large backyard with mature trees, a fire pit, a barbecue grill, and a pickleball court.
You'll have your own laundry, washer, and dryer.
The kitchen is full and complete with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more. With this kitchen, you are free to cook up a gourmet meal if you wish. It's especially easy to do with a grocery store only moments away.
There are three large bedrooms. Two have queen beds and the third has 2 bunk beds. On the bunk beds, the upper bed is a twin, and the lower bed is a full. So, to be clear, there are 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds in three larger-than-usual bedrooms. Each bedroom has a dresser, a closet w/ hangers, and a chair.
The living room has a wall-mounted TV with Netflix and a DVD player, a gas log fireplace, a piano, desk with an Ethernet cable.
