This top floor of a two-unit Victorian is located close to downtown is perfect for work-from-home, travel nurses physicians, or just those wanting to experience the beauty of C'ville while living in the charming North downtown area. Enjoy the bright, fun decor, two dedicated off-street parking spaces, in-unit laundry, and modern amenities accented by historic architectural charm.
There is a bistro table on the covered front porch that is accessible for use. Perfect for sipping your favorite beverage and enjoying some fresh air! The other unit in the building has their own balcony off of the back, so we dedicate this space to this unit.
Private entrance is accessible from the front porch via keypad code to be provided prior to stay. There is a small foyer area which is great for bike storage or shoes/coats/bags.
Up the stairs there will be a Queen guestroom directly ahead that has a decorative fireplace that is original to the house. This room has a closet and desk space for an office. Please note that the pictures do not showcase the grey velvet bed that was just added before our first tenants arrived.
The King master bedroom sits in the front of the house and is flooded with natural light from the bay windows. This room does have a small closet for clothing storage. There is now a cane bed and matching cane 6-drawer dresser (both not pictured, added after first tenants arrived in June).
There is small utility closet in the hallway that is great for cleaning supplies or luggage storage.
The living/dining room will have a comfy sofa, dining seating for 2, and a Smart TV. This area leads into a galley kitchen that has a dishwasher and all other expected basic kitchen amenities. The kitchen will be fully stocked with cookware/dishware.
The bathroom is located off the hallway of all of these rooms and has a tiled stand up shower and full size stacked washer/dryer.
All fresh linens and towels are provided as well as all utilities and high-speed internet.
Two parking spaces in a private lot are also provided located one house away from this home.
