Das Haus bietet einen sehr schönen, grossen Garten, ideal zum sicheren Spielen für Kinder oder auch einfach zum Entspannen. Im Erdgeschoss bietet das grosszügig gestaltete Haus einem von 3 Seiten verglasten Wintergarten mit grossem Esstisch, TV sowie 2 Lesesesseln. An den Wintergarten schliesst eine vollausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Nespresso-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, etc.) mit Kleinem Esstisch an. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein weiteres separates WC. Vom Wohnzimmer aus führt eine Treppe in den 1. Stock, yesterday befinden sich das 2. Schlafzimmer (Bett140cm) und das 3. Schlafzimmer (Bett 160 cm + Einzebett 90cm) sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne und ein separates WC. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen TV, insgesamt gibt es 6 TVs im Haus, die meisten davon haben einen Flastscreen und USB-Zugang. Das Haus bietet ebenfalls WLAN.

South facing with view to the sea. The house is located in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to the sea is around 5 minutes, a very nice beach can be reached by bicylce in 10 minutes. Shops as well as the village of audierne is a 5 minutes'drive by car.
the house offers a very large garden, ideal for kids to play safely or just for relaxing. On the ground floor of the house: a nice winter garden with big windows on three sides, a big table with 6 chairs, TV and two armchairs. annexed to the winter garde, is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, Kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, etc ,,) with a small eating area (able with 4 chairs) . next to the kitchen there is a large living room with billiard table, a small desk with a notebook as well as a big couch area with a large flat screen Tv with soundbar and Playstation. Next to the living room, there is the first bedroom (bed 140cm) with ensuite bathroom with shower, bidet and separate toilet. this area is separated from the living room by a sliding door and can be reached as well from oustide through a separate entry door (accessible as well for disabled people who may need a wheelchair). there is second separate toilet on the ground floor. from the living room stairs lea to the first floor, here is the second bedrom (bed 140 cm) as well as the 3rd bedroom (bed 160cm + single bed 90cm), a bathroom with bathhub and separate toilet. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV, in total there are 6 TVs, mostly flatscreens and with USB-acess. WIFI is available too.
