Salty Days is a well-proportioned 2-bedroom townhouse on 2 levels in a discreet development minute from a very special beach and walking distance from a number of dining spots: SharkBite, The Yacht club at Mango Reef, Magnolia, Baccis, and Simones. This house has been tastefully furnished and many mod-cons added for comfort, security and convenience.
The home has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room area and screen-enclosed patio area for outside dining and relaxation. There are two bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a large king bed, large built-in wardrobe and flat screen smart TV with an outside balcony. The ensuite has a large walk-in shower, toilet and granite worktop with his and hers vanity sinks and a full-length mirror. The second bedroom comprises 2 long twin beds with side tables and built-in wardrobe. The ensuite comprises an over bathtub shower with screen, toilet and granite covered vanity unit and full-length mirror.
There is a downstairs toilet off the entrance hall which opens into a large wide galley kitchen incorporating all stainless-steel appliances including ice making and filtered water fridge freezer, large granite breakfast bar and 4 chairs. Following on is a well-lit dining area and table leading into the main lounge area with a comfortable sofa, and two further comfortable chairs with a wall-mounted 55-inch Smart TV. A double-glazed patio door leads to the enclosed patio area for morning coffee or outside dining with adjustable subdued lighting. The outside patio provides morning sun and evening shade with two loungers and a gas fired BBQ. The shared and well-maintained pool is easily accessed from here offering sun loungers, an enclosed outside dining area and views over the adjoining canal and dock. There is a beautiful beach within 6 minutes walking distance for sunworshippers, safe swimming and easy snorkeling alike. Chairs and loungers and a cooler are provided to enjoy your day on one of the most spectacular yet quieter parts of Grace Bay. Whether as couples, a small family or honeymooners, Salty Days is an ideal rental home for enjoying a stay on one of the most spectacular islands in the Caribbean Area. Car rental is not required to access all the amenities necessary for a relaxed stay but does allow exploration further afield for a truly memorable trip.
